Gam’s Thai Massage

A Unique Technique from THAILAND... Unlike Any Other!

Welcome to The Art of Thai Massage!

Millions of people travel to Thailand each year to experience our culture, beautiful beaches as well as to enjoy a massage at hotels, resorts and spas. You can find Thai massage shops through out Bangkok and many parts of Thailand. Thailand is becoming one of the pre-eminent health centers in Asia. Thai therapeutic massage is also included in many hospitals' health treatments and increasingly in dental clinics. Today, Thai massage is a top request in most spas as it relaxes the entire body and the therapeutic technique helps to reduce common muscle and body pains. Visit Thailand Click here

Hi, my name is Nongnuch Prathueng. You can call me 'Gam', my nickname. I am a certified Thai massage therapist who trained at "Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School" in Bangkok, Thailand.

About my skill: I specialize in a type of therapy that aligns your body and increases your flexibility. Like a car that needs its tires realigned to keep them from wearing out, the same is true for your body.

My inspiration: My grandfather in Thailand is my first teacher who taught me how to perform a massage when I was about 8 years old. After I walked on his back and legs, I was happy to see my grandfather run and play with me again. In 2001, I decided to take a professional therapeutic Thai massage course. During my studies I experienced neck pains from bad sleeping. I could not turn my neck until my teacher applied therapy on my neck and shoulders for 10 minutes. The next day I woke up without any neck pain!. This experience made me feel confident in our ancient Thai therapy.

About my services: I offer traditional Thai massage services in Northfield and in Minneapolis, Minnesota. My service includes Basic Thai Massage Technique which promotes health & well-being,  The Advanced Technique uses yoga & stretching therapy. The foot massage and chair massage can be done at any location including offices as well as any sort of gathering.

Thai Massage and Respect: Before each session, I always pray respect to the Buddha, the father of Thai massage, my parents who passed away over 20 years ago and all of my teachers, both from Wat Pho and everyone who I learned the technique from. I thank them for teaching me and supporting my talents.  As part of this prayer I also wish my clients a health and well being.

Life is more beautiful once your body is strong and healthy. I love that my skill can help people reduce their pain and improve their health. Most of all, this is a great chance for me to help introduce the ancient massage technique from my country to the world.

I hope you will try this ancient, natural therapeutic massage technique to help heal your pain, promote a healthy lifestyle and increase your flexibility.

I wish you good health now and forever!

Sincerely yours,

"Gam" Nongnuch Prathueng
